Attachments, folders, thumbnails and share links.

  • Files are attached to records and listed with the record's access rules.
  • Storage is organised by app and tenant. FTP and SFTP storage are supported today; cloud object storage is coming soon.
  • Images are stored with standard, thumbnail and icon sizes.
  • The file manager supports folders, rename, move, copy, delete and search.
  • Share links give access to a file without signing in. Tokens are random and only their hash is stored; links have an expiry, an optional click limit and can be revoked, and every access is recorded.
