Your first application

Create an application and its Development environment.

  1. Sign in at techappforce.io as a user with the App Builder or Tenant Administrator role.
  2. Create the application from the Create App screen in the runtime, or with TAF Studio's Create App wizard.
  3. The platform provisions a Development environment automatically: it creates the environment, the app's subscription and an App Administrator role, and assigns you as builder.
  4. Connect a database for the environment and run application setup. Setup adds the platform's tables to that database.
Note

Every application starts in Development. QA and Production receive definitions through releases, never by editing them directly.
