Webhooks

Call other systems when something happens in your app.

Two ways to call out:

  • The HttpRequest workflow action sends GET, POST, PUT or DELETE requests with headers, a body and a timeout, from any workflow.
  • The webhook notification channel posts to an endpoint with Basic or Bearer authentication and retries with back-off.

Both can be started by record triggers, lifecycle transitions, approvals or schedules, and both can include the record's old and new values.
