  • Pre-built components and drag-and-drop tools
  • Auto-generated APIs with security
  • Database design and deployment options
  • Business workflow automation
  • Self-hosted or cloud hosting (no vendor lock-in)

3. Your Account

Account Requirements

  • You must be 18+ years old
  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • One account per person/business

Account Security

  • You're responsible for all account activity
  • Use strong passwords
  • Report unauthorized access immediately
  • Don't share your login credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You Can:

  • Build legitimate business applications
  • Use our components in your projects
  • Integrate with approved third-party services
  • Export your data anytime

You Cannot:

  • Use our service for illegal activities
  • Create malicious software or viruses
  • Violate others' intellectual property
  • Attempt to hack our systems
  • Abuse our platform resources
  • Harass other users

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Billing: Subscription fees charged in advance
  • Payment: Auto-renewal unless cancelled
  • Changes: 30-day notice for price changes
  • Refunds: Generally non-refundable
  • Failed Payments: May result in service suspension
  • Taxes: Your responsibility

What You Own

  • Your applications and data
  • Your database content
  • Custom code you create
  • No Vendor Lock-in: You can export everything anytime

7. Data and Privacy

  • Your Data: You own all your data completely
  • Our Role: We just host and process your data
  • Security: Enterprise-grade encryption and protection
  • Export: Download your data anytime
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for details
  • Backups: We backup your data, but you should too

8. Service Availability

  • Uptime Goal: We aim for 99.9% availability
  • Maintenance: Scheduled downtime with advance notice
  • Support: Varies by subscription plan
  • Updates: Regular platform improvements
  • No Guarantees: Service provided "as-is"

9. Our Liability Limits

Important: We're not responsible for:

  • Indirect damages or lost profits
  • Issues caused by third-party services
  • Your misuse of the platform
  • Data loss (maintain your own backups)

Maximum Liability: Limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
