The problem

What goes wrong today

Today
Online forms collect answers, but the review happens in a spreadsheet and email. Reviewers do not know what is theirs, applicants chase for updates, and the questions cannot change without a developer.
Who feels it: Any team that collects applications or requests from colleagues or customers, and reviews them

How it runs on TechAppForce

A day with it, step by step

Amber steps wait in a person's work inbox; everything else moves on its own.

  1. An application arrivesA university research office opens its internal funding round. A lecturer chooses the equipment grant, and the form asks for the three supplier quotes that type needs.
  2. ScreeningAccept or returnThe research officer sees a quote is missing and returns the application with a comment. The lecturer uploads it and resubmits.
  3. Panel reviewTwo of three approveThe application goes to the panel for equipment grants. Two of the three members approve within the week.
  4. The decision goes outThe decision letter is generated from the record and emailed to the lecturer and the head of department.
  5. Next roundThe office adds a question for the next round. It is a form change, made in development and released.

When the rules change

Bring your version of this.

A change a few months in is a reviewed release, not a rebuild. We will configure your version with you in a demo.
